Ice cream and gelato equipment manufacturer Carpigiani is inviting dealers and operators to learn about its appliances at two new events.
It is introducing ‘Carpigiani Discovery Days’ at its Park Royal venue, to be held on 24 and 25 February.
Live demonstrations and tastings from the 161T, 243T and 191 will showcase the benefits of premium soft serve, with the latest in shakes revealed by the new 161K. Hot chocolate will be on offer from Chocolady, and for artisan gelato, Pastochef and Readychef machines will be on hand.
Booking is now open for the sessions, which are equally applicable to Carpigiani’s existing customers, dealers or those new to the world of soft serve and gelato.
