Sprint takes Burger King open kitchen rollout on holiday

DSS format template has now been implemented at a Haven resort in Lincolnshire

Sprint has outfitted Burger King’s open kitchen format at Haven Golden Sands Holiday Park.

Sprint Group has completed the latest Burger King challenge to design and implement a DSS Open Format kitchen modular platform.

The Pershore distributor’s team have outfitted a branch of the burger chain at Haven Golden Sands Holiday Park near Mablethorpe in Lincolnshire.

The restaurant is located within an indoor complex and adjacent activity areas with its own dedicated dining area for Burger King customers.

Sprint was tasked with designing and implementing the open kitchen template into a building not originally intended to accommodate the Burger King operational platform. This format is designed to provide diners with a clearer view into the kitchen and preparation areas.

The distributor delivered on the challenge thanks to co-operation with its regular suppliers and partners Middleby UK, True Manufacturing, Duke Manufacturing, HTG Trading, ICM Limited – complete fit-out solutions, Mechline Developments, Jestic Foodservice Solutions and East Anglian Installation Systems.
