German manufactured, Heidebrenner lava rock grills maintain high temperatures thanks to a combination of high-performance technology and lava rocks – which when heated by either gas or electric plates quickly emits heat onto the rocks – to replicate a flame grill finish, but without any toxic smoke.
This effect is maximised by high quality branding plates which are available in steel or cast iron.
The grills can also be operated in 400mm sections, meaning chefs can grill different products, at different temperatures, from a single unit.
