Natalie Courbet said it was an exciting time to become part of Exclusive Ranges’ growth plans after joining the business recently.
She linked up with the Hertfordshire-based firm as commercial manager, adding a further depth of experience to the business following a period of portfolio expansion.
A seasoned professional in the field of business development, customer service and CRM management, her remit will be to enhance the customer journey, from initial contact through to after-sales service.
As well as looking after Exclusive Ranges’ customers, Natalie will be a pivotal point of contact for the brands that the company represents in the UK, including Menu System, Rosinox and Vianen among others.
She said: “This is an exciting time to become a member of the Exclusive Ranges team as it has grown the brands it represents exponentially and the quality of the equipment those brands promote is impressive.
“I’ve joined at one of the busiest times of the year, as we dive head-first into Host – all of our brands will be exhibiting, and we will be supporting them there, so my feet have yet to touch the ground!”
