C&C further bolsters London project team

C&C’s new assistant project manager Roxyanne Njoku is welcomed to the firm by installations director Mark Roxburgh.

C&C Catering Equipment has further strengthened its London-based project management team as it welcomes Roxyanne Njoku, who joins the family-run business as assistant project manager.

With a period of project growth in and around London, Njoku is one of two recent additions to C&C, following John Ogundemuren who also joined the team recently as assistant project manager.

Njoku will play an important role in supporting current project managers and the installations director Mark Roxburgh on London-based schemes, whilst also learning more about the industry.

Having received a Bachelor of Architecture Degree at Nottingham Trent University, Njoku has since completed an internship in the field and C&C believes she brings with her an enthusiasm and fresh perspective to the role of assistant project manager.

Roxburgh commented: “It’s been great welcoming Roxyanne to the team, who has hit the ground running.

“We’re very proud of our award-winning project management team, and are pleased to be growing with the arrival of Roxyanne and John. We look forward to supporting them as they learn more about the industry and are excited for what the future holds.”
