Aquilo Refrigeration has launched its new American Series range of counter fridges.
Designed to meet the demands of the busiest kitchens, the new range is focused on improved functionality, durability and energy efficiency.
The nine-model series has capacities starting at 187 litres and extending to 460 litres.
Six of the models are designed for use as prep stations and feature full size, removable, nylon cutting boards and insulated, raised pan holders enabling contents to stay fresh for the longest time.
Temperature settings range from 0.5°C to 5°C, controlled by an electronic thermostat and digital LED temperature display to allow for precise temperature regulation.
The American Series is completely CFC free and utilises environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant.
The radiused internal corners prevent dirt traps forming, contributing to easy cleaning and enhanced food safety standards.
Wide, self-closing doors maximise accessibility while heavy duty, lockable castors mean the units can be readily re-sited if necessary.
Operational costs are minimised by auto-defrost and auto-evaporation of condensation water while the readily accessed compressor helps simplify maintenance.
