BeviLaNatura by Zerica has launched a new addition to its drinks system range.

Using the technology and interactive touchscreen similar to other BeviLaNatura models, the slim Kolumna dispensing unit is designed to occupy minimal countertop space at 25cm (w) 26cm (d) 49.5cm (h) and is connected to an under-sink refrigeration unit.

Internet connected and sustainable, with no single-use plastic, each dispenser has ambient, chilled still and chilled sparkling water as standard with enough clearance for bottles and carafes.

The unit includes comprehensive telemetry integrating real time information, remote monitoring over the internet, personalised video upload functionality, and mobile app and NFC-enabled payments.

The Kolumna shares technology with the Natura Hot’n’Cold, the model that won the Energy Efficiency category at the Foodservice Equipment of the Year Awards 2018. It also won a SCI (Sustainability, Cost savings, Innovation) Equipment Award at Food & Hotel Asia (FHA) in Singapore, and was a Catering Insight Awards finalist for Sustainability.

Zerica also teased that similar under-sink units are in the pipeline to dispense a variety of chilled drinks from juices to iced teas and iced coffee, with a hot and cold total refreshment solution also on the way.
