Pizza-making equipment specialist Wood Stone is looking to muscle in on the current trend for theatre-style cooking by launching an innovative Circular Grill.
The product forms part of the company’s ever-expanding Speciality Grill range and is designed with open plan kitchens in mind.
The 900mm-high appliance can be positioned on a central island so that chefs can work from each side and is available in a variety of sizes and configurations. Customers can opt for a charcoal/wood fired model or a natural gas fitting.
Michael Eyre, product director at Jestic, the UK distributor for Wood Stone, says the kit offers chefs a huge amount of flexibility and control.
“Accessible from all sides, featuring four independently controlled cooking zones, available with a wide range of original accessories for further versatility and cooking styles and offered as either wood or gas fired, the appliance suits the individual requirements of the operator,” he said.
Operators can customise the unit with flat grill plates, motorised cooking spits, large rotisseries and even display gas flames for added effect.
Wood Stone also manufactures Stone Hearth ovens, rotisseries and charbroilers.
