Liquidators have been appointed at commercial dishwasher servicing firm, Diamond Dishwashers.
The company’s registered office is in Romford, Essex, with a principal trading address recorded in nearby Collier Row.
At a general meeting of Diamond Dishwashers’ members, held at The Old Exchange in Southend on Sea on 14 June, a special resolution was passed that the company should be wound up voluntarily. It is not known why the business has taken this step.
Insolvency practitioners Wayne Macpherson and Louise Baxter of Begbies Traynor were appointed joint liquidators of the company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.
On the servicing company’s website it reports having over 10 years’ experience of Classeq and Winterhalter machines. The site states: “We are an approved Classeq contractor and have specialist knowledge in Winterhalter equipment, Manitowoc and Iceomatic ice machines. Our knowledge and experience allows us to offer servicing and repairs on the vast majority of machines.”
Diamond Dishwashers used to offer a free survey when purchasing new equipment. Its skillset was said to include servicing, repairs, installs, site surveys, water treatment, machine recommendation and ordering and supplying of machines. It coverage stretched across London and surrounding areas.
The company was established in February 2014 by Kevin Foster and Paul Smith. Catering Insight tried to reach both directors, but their phone lines have been disconnected and they have not yet responded to email contact.
