A live demonstration of connected warewashing will be a highlight of Winterhalter’s display at the IFEX 2018 trade show.
Visitors to stand C15 at the Titanic Exhibition Centre, Belfast on 20-22 March will be able to see how a Connected Wash warewasher can be monitored remotely, with live data showing its various operating parameters and how it responds to problems and potential breakdowns.
Richard Cassells, Winterhalter’s general manager for Ireland, said: “Connected Wash is going to revolutionise warewashing efficiency, minimise breakdowns and help us deliver a 100% first time fix rate.”
The company is exhibiting as part of Bunzl Lockhart’s stand at the show. Visitors will be able to check out several of Winterhalter’s latest product launches, including the new UF utensil washer, which has been developed not only for the hospitality market but also for butchers and bakers.
Another innovation is the hybrid water treatment system Winterhalter developed for its undercounter UC Excellence iPlus models. It combines a reverse osmosis system with a water softener, said to deliver good cleaning results while saving water and reducing running costs. The FCSI was so impressed that it gave the iPlus a Sustainable Product of the Year award.
