Williams Refrigeration is unveiling its most energy efficient undercounter fridge at Host Milan today.
Until Tuesday, the UK refrigerator manufacturer’s team will be on hand at the Fieramilano, on stand M38 in hall 7.
Malcolm Harling, sales and marketing director, at Williams Refrigeration said: “We are delighted to be able to showcase our new undercounter fridge. It’s been in development for some time and will deliver significant energy savings for our customers.”
Alongside the new fridge there will also be brand new versions of the Chef’s Drawer, which have what is described as an innovative design that will allow caterers more flexibility in changing kitchen layouts.
Also, on the stand will be two of Williams’ new products launched earlier this year – the Meat Ageing Refrigerator and the heated Grab and Go multideck, the Scarlet.
Williams’ Meat Ageing Refrigerator provides humidity between 60-90%, ensuring that meat ages suitably. The inclusion of Himalayan salt blocks should assist with moisture management and improve the flavour of the meat.
The manufacturer believes that stylish design is combined with a robust stainless-steel construction for the unit. The meat ageing refrigerator is able to operate in environments of up to 43°C and the interior is brightly lit with energy saving LEDs, making it suitable for front of house display.
The Scarlet Multideck has the same style as its refrigerated counterparts and the ability to keep accurate, safe temperature control. The temperature of the three titled shelves and interior base can be controlled independently, making it possible to safely store different foods at their required temperatures.
