Williams’ Scarlet Multideck and Pizza Box are part of the manufacturer’s Hot Holding Solutions package.

Williams has grouped together its takeaway and food delivery services appliances to form a Hot Holding Solutions package.

The trio of products are designed to cover a range of needs while extending food shelf life through consistent temperature control.

The first solution is the Williams Pizza Box. This compact cabinet is designed to accommodate 10 16” pizzas in their boxes, keeping them hot and in prime condition until they are collected. Measuring 710mm wide by 740mm deep and 450mm high, the Pizza Box is designed to be easy to fit into kitchens. The stainless steel cabinet has a bright LED display and the unit runs off a 13A supply.

For operators producing a range of different food delivery options, Williams offers the Scarlet Heated Multideck. The open-fronted design should make it easy to see and take the appropriate delivery, while the halogen quartz heating is designed to ensure consistent temperature control.  The Scarlet can hold different products at different temperatures, as it offers four individually controlled temperature zones. A slimline unit, 635mm deep by 1,910mm high, there’s a choice of widths (710, 960 and 1,250mm) so that sites can specify the most suitable solution for their needs.

The third hot holding solution is the Williams Mobile Heated Cabinet. Available in two sizes – the 390-litre MHC110 and the 549-litre MHC16, it is designed to provide the ideal climate for hot holding packaged food. Its fast warm-up technology should bring it up to operating temperature safely, quickly and efficiently. The cabinet is designed to be easy to move around, so it can be loaded in the kitchen then rolled to the delivery pick up area. Easy grab handles should facilitate manoeuvring and all-round bumpers add protection in transit.

Malcolm Harling, sales and marketing director of Williams, said: “Having a dedicated area for hot holding is a core need for any modern kitchen offering a takeaway or food delivery service. Our Hot Holding Solutions are designed to offer diverse products that meet the very different requirements of operators in this sector.”

Williams has put together a leaflet covering its Hot Holding Solutions, which is available to download from the company’s website.
