Williams Refrigeration is taking its phone box wrapped refrigerator international after recent success at The Restaurant Show.
The British manufacturer, known as Williams Silver Frost in France, will be displaying the Jade J300 upright fridge customised with its Chameleon service at Equip Hotel in Paris expo, Porte de Versailles, on 11-15 November.
On stand F105, visitors will see how Chameleon uses a hard-wearing, food safe vinyl wrap to turn fridges and freezers into eye-catching front of house design statements.
The J300 beneath the wrapping is one of Williams’ latest product launches: a slimline upright with a footprint of 595mm by 684mm and a 335litre capacity, it is aimed at delivering a practical storage solution for kitchens short of space.
Also centre stage on stand will be the Onyx prep counter. The latest CPC3 version features a three-door counter, with 320litres of storage, topped with work surface and up to seven 1/3GN gastronorm ingredients pans. These are held in a sloping design to make it as easy as possible to access the contents. A curtain of air directed over the tops of the ingredients, plus an airflow design inside the cabinets should ensure consistent temperature throughout all of the pans. The Onyx will be shown alongside Williams’ Jade JC2 two-door counter.
Other products on show include the PW4, a mobile prep well that is developed for kitchens with limited space, and a new Multideck merchandiser, model HJ600, which is designed to maximise grab and go sales.
