The Dealer’s Choice product winners are revealed in the March issue of Catering Insight.

You can now discover which catering equipment products launched during this year of lockdown are the Dealer’s Choice, in the March issue of Catering Insight.

The edition, which is free to access, is now available to read online in digital format.

For the Dealer’s Choice initiative, Catering Insight put a call out to the industry to find out what their favourite lockdown launches would be. We were inundated with manufacturers and suppliers’ innovations, and so it was a very difficult decision to whittle them down to a shortlist of 50 for dealers to choose their preferred products.

Subsequently, nearly 300 senior distributor representatives were invited to demonstrate their ‘Dealer’s Choice’ for products in the following categories:

Cooking equipment
Hot holding and transportation
Combi ovens
Food preparation
Safety and hygiene
Grease management
