Warewasher manufacturer Wexiodisk is to exhibit at the Commercial Kitchen trade show for the first time.
On stand J4 at the NEC Birmingham on 6-7 June, Wexiodisk will be highlighting the WD-6 Duplus single-hood machine, which is said to utilise a world first double-rinse sequence, resulting in 1litre of fresh water being used per cycle thanks to its Duplus technology. This low water consumption together with the model’s minimal use of cleaning chemicals should ensures low energy consumption and improved efficiency.
To further the Wexiödisk ethos, the WD-PRM6 Pre-Rinse machine will be alongside the WD-6 Duplus to demonstrate a complete warewashing solution when it comes to minimising the consumption of water and allowing for energy savings.
Also on stand will be the latest addition to the Wexiodisk portfolio, the WD-4S undercounter dishwasher. The newest model in the Wexiödisk family is a solution for small but demanding kitchens and bar set ups, designed to merge a quiet operation with the capacity to wash up to 50 baskets per hour, equivalent to 1,000 glasses or 900 plates.
In addition Wexiodisk will have the WD-4S Glass edition on stand. This model is specifically designed for washing glasses and has three specific cycles, each featuring wash times and water temperature which can be adjusted for different glass types.
Other appliances on stand include the WD-12, a double capacity hood machine with adjustable wash pressure.
