Wexiödisk’s latest dealer training event was once again held at First Choice in Cannock.

Wexiödisk, the Scandinavian warewashing equipment manufacturer, has delivered its second UK dealer training event at the state-of-the-art training facilities at the First Choice Group in Cannock, Staffordshire.

Attended by representatives from Wexiödisk’s newest dealer partners, as well as warranty partner Crystaltech, and senior members of the warewasher manufacturer’s team, the 2-day training event introduced attendees to the Swedish-born brand, and provided dealers with technical and practical training for two of the most popular models in the UK market – the WD-4S and WD-6. This included ‘hands on’ fault finding and dismantling of both units.

The undercounter WD-4S is able to wash up to 50 baskets per hour, despite its compact design. For sites looking to wash to a higher capacity, then Wexiödisk’s hood type WD-6 could be suitable.

As well as offering thorough ‘hands-on’ sessions, the manufacturer was also able to share what David Glover, UK and Ireland country manager at Wexiödisk UK, describes as “pearls of warewashing wisdom” at the 2-day training event – wisdom which he hopes that attending dealers will find useful when it comes to specifying the equipment.

Glover continued: “By providing these expert insights, alongside our top-level training, we hope that dealers not only feel they can now specify equipment with an expert point of difference, but also that they left the 2-day training event with a greater understanding of the Wexiödisk brand, in addition to a firm confidence in the exceptional products that we offer.”

He reported he’d received an overwhelmingly positive response: “We are delighted to have received tremendous feedback from attending dealers, particularly surrounding the thorough ‘hands-on’ training that we provided.

“In fact, so pleased were our dealers with this event that I am already being asked when the next UK training will take place. The answer to that, is watch this space!”
