Warewashing manufacturer Wexiodisk is understood to be close to naming a new country manager for its UK operation following the news that Simon Frost is leaving the company.
Current CESA chairman Frost has been spearheading the Ali Group-owned business for the past 3 years after it decided to establish an on-the-ground presence in the UK.
However, it was revealed this week that he will join food safety monitoring solutions provider Monika in May, taking over from founder Tim Gamble as the Leicestershire company’s UK managing director.
It is believed that Wexiodisk has a replacement for Frost lined up and will formally make an announcement before the end of the month.
Sweden-based Wexiodisk underwent a change of management at the start of this year, with Magnus Titusson brought in as the CEO.
Upon his appointment, he said: “With a majority share of the Scandinavian market and a vastly increasing presence across Europe including the UK, we have some exciting times ahead. My primary ambition as CEO is to achieve stronger growth, create a brand presence in a number of new markets throughout the world and continue to develop and expand on our existing range of commercial equipment.”
