Wexiödisk stakes its claim on tray washer market

Wexiödisk has launched the WD-215T tray dishwasher for food outlets where trays are a necessity.

Merging a compact footprint standing at 2,535 x 697 x 1,775mm (WxDxH), with what is designed to be a high capacity and efficient wash cycle, the WD-215T can wash 1,200 trays per hour.

With the ability to wash trays up to the size of 520 x 370mm, utilising the in-built programmed loading system, the trays are automatically fed into the machine in an upright position allowed by the 370mm high wash chamber clearance and operated via the external electronic control panel for specific wash cycle selection.

In addition, the WD-215 features heat and sound insulation as standard and a heat recovery system which is said to result in low energy consumption.

The machine can either be electrically or steam heated and is supplied with sliding doors to make all washing areas easily accessible, which can also be removed to allow operators to clean the back of the unit.

The display panel shows the ongoing wash cycle and is also fitted with the HACCP function which allows the operator to monitor and record the temperature of the wash cycle, detailing reporting and analysis when required.
