According to the contract notice, the agreement is divided into four Lots, with the maximum number of participants expected to be 72.

The requirement is to establish a framework of suitable suppliers for each Lot that can supply the individual authorities named in the notice.

As well as specifying the supply of heavy canteen equipment to authorities in South-East Wales and West Wales, the framework also makes provisions for services related to full kitchen installs and re-fits carried out during the course of the contract.
