Catering equipment manufacturer Welbilt will be transforming its 2019 ‘lunch!’ show stand into a food-to-go outlet at London’s ExCeL on 19-20 September.
Home to three of the brands’ units for the food-to-go sector – the Merrychef e2s trend, Convotherm Mini Black and new Crem Unity 1+ coffee machine – stand G71 will replicate a food-to-go set up both from a practical and aesthetic point of view, with all three units featuring a black exterior for front of house installation.
For example, the small Merrychef e2s trend combines three heat technologies – tuned impingement, microwave and convection – which allows for a high-speed performance up to 20 times faster than a conventional oven. This should reduce wait times for operators’ customers and help to generate additional revenue thanks to being able to take and complete more orders quickly.
While the Convotherm Mini Black can enable a range of options with its roasting, grilling, steaming, frying, baking and regenerating capabilities.
Also on show will be the Crem’s fully automatic coffee machine with SmartFoam technology – Unity 1+. Exclusively launching on stand, the Unity 1+ marries filter and espresso brewing capabilities with a fresh milk foaming system in order to ease barista duties and ensure consistent barista-quality coffees, which can be tailored to the individual preferences of customers, by the touch of a high definition screen.
Complete with a Nuttalls heated display cabinet and Adande refrigerated drawer unit, Welbilt’s lunch! 2019 stand is designed to provide a realistic and desirable set-up for a food-to-go outlets.
