Welbilt is launching a series of Masterclasses that focus solely on the skills and equipment required to run a banqueting operation.
The demonstration sessions will use Convotherm 4 combi ovens to illustrate regeneration benefits, how to optimise cooking processes and floor standing units’ technology and trends.
The first banqueting Masterclasses will take place on 2 June at Welbilt’s Guildford facility and 8 June at its demonstration kitchen in Sheffield.
Steve Hemsil, Welbilt sales director for UK and Ireland, has been planning the training sessions and commented: “It’s been a truly hard time for the events industry and with equipment lying unused in kitchens, and menus needing a revamp.
“We have put some banqueting masterclasses together to help chefs get back on track with their planning and organisation for events.”
