Welbilt has appointed Paul Burrows as sales manager for Scotland and the north of England effective as of this month.
Working as a part of the sales team, he will be responsible for supporting dealers and distributors in Scotland and the Northern regions of England.
Burrows has much industry experience, having previously worked at Rational for 2 years as an integral part of the Frima and Rational sales team.
In addition, he also boasts culinary credentials including a period as head chef at a large Glasgow restaurant, and establishing his own restaurant of over 40 covers. Welbilt believes his sales and culinary skills will transition well into his new role.
Burrowns will not only focus on distributors, but will also look to develop relationships with new and existing end users, focusing particularly on the Convotherm and Merrychef brands to expand presence and growth in the region.
