Welbilt brand Crem has unveiled a series of virtual launches across Europe, for its range of EX3 professional coffee machines.

The events, which are set to take place today and tomorrow, will give a detailed overview of the range of machines themselves, including the unique configurator, but will also provide an opportunity to ask questions of Crem personnel experts, along with witnessing a product demonstration by World Barista Championship finalist, Jason Loo.

The sessions will run as follows (all times local):

This new range allows customers to configure their individual EX3 model, both internally and externally. Users can select colour combinations, wood and special finishings, including the type of barista lights, through to the various customisable technical aspects of this model, such as power and electronics, displays, number of groups, size and group height.

The event will kick off with Jean-Paul Roudier, Welbilt vice president sales and marketing for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia, welcoming the guests, before Oliver Seidel, the new VP and MD of Crem gives an overview of the fundamentals of the brand and explains about the research and technology that goes into the development of the manufacturer’s equipment.

Augusto Melendrez, Crem commercial product manager, will then give a specific introduction to the EX3 portfolio, whilst Elena Armesto Gonzalez will demonstrate the configurator that puts the design of the machine into the hands of the operator, before World Barista Championship finalist, Jason Loo, gives an overview of the machine from a barista’s perspective.
