CNG Foodservice Equipment has promoted Adrian Watson to the role of senior key accounts manager. He is now tasked with taking charge of sales management for the company within the next 12-15 months.
Watson, previously a CNG key accounts manager, can draw upon his experience as a chef, having worked for Terry Laybourne at 21 Queen St and Café 21, Brasserie 21 and Bistro 21, as well as other leading restaurants. He is also an experienced multi-site manager, having spent 14 years developing and managing a Newcastle-based food-led pub company.
Since joining CNG in 2015 he has developed an extensive client portfolio which has contributed to the company’s rapid growth.
Watson’s appointment will allow CNG MD Clive Groom to concentrate on the CNG business strategy, rolling out the company’s 5-year plan for sustained growth and development.
