Two catering venue outfits undertaken by Vision Commercial Kitchens have won Restaurant & Bar Design Awards.
In a ceremony at London’s Old Truman Brewery on 1 October, Dandelyan, the bar at the Mondrian London Hotel was named Best Overall Bar as well as Best UK Bar.
The venue was designed by Tom Dixon’s Design Research Studio in conjunction with Tricon Foodservice Consultants and Vision Commercial Kitchens supplied and installed the bar, including all of the back bar equipment. The Mondrian London also won the FCSI Special Award for Outstanding Project Management at the CEDA Grand Prix Awards in April.
Another award winning site which Vision supplied and installed was The Bar at Fortnum & Mason (Heathrow T5, UK) which won the Restaurant or Bar in a Transport Space Award and was designed by Universal Design Studio, with Vision Commercial Kitchens designing all the technical and operational foodservice elements within the design.
Now in its seventh year, Restaurant & Bar Design Awards are dedicated to the design of food and beverage spaces and are judged by a panel of some of the most influential personalities in design, hospitality and lifestyle globally.
