Video thrilled the refrigeration star


Williams Refrigeration has taken to new media to help market its refrigeration equipment to new and prospective customers.

The manufacturer has just released five online videos that explore key areas surrounding its range of commercial blast chillers, from programming to maintenance and sustainability.

Three of the videos serve as the first instalments of the company’s new ‘How To’ series, which aims to give customers, prospective buyers and other foodservice professionals information about getting the best out of their commercial refrigeration units.

Williams has kept the length of each video to around one minute, allowing viewers to get the information they need quickly and succinctly.

“Online videos are an instant and easily accessible way for customers to learn more about Williams and our products,” said Martin Laws, marketing manager at Williams Refrigeration. “They are also a great platform for providing tips and advice.”

Two of the videos — ‘BC Soft Chill’ and ‘BC Hard Chill’ — act as a video user manual by demonstrating how to program a Williams blast chiller, while one entitled ‘Prolonging The Life’ explores essential maintenance tips.

Separate videos for its sandwich chiller and pastry chiller products outline the key features of these new additions to the Gem Merchandiser range.

Williams is currently working on two further ‘How to’ videos, but hasn’t confirmed the exact details yet.
