VIDEO SPECIAL: Catering equipment leaders share their tips, trends and expectations

Some of the industry’s leading catering equipment manufacturers have been discussing best practice and market trends as part of an initiative hosted by Catering Insight’s sister publication Foodservice Equipment Journal.

FEJ hosted a ‘Kitchen Excellence Week’ programme earlier this month, which saw a number of well-known senior executives take part in a series of short video interviews exploring the areas they specialise in.

This included cooking platforms, refrigeration, warewashing, kitchen safety and management, and kitchen design and efficiency.
