Hobart’s specialist service division has had a brand refresh under the leadership of new managing director, Keith Mackie.
The rebrand aims to reflect the commercial approach given by newly appointed sales director, Louise Plant and the revamped operational capabilities led by new operations director, Christian Hampshire.
Hobart directly employs over 160 technicians nationwide and aims to offer a fast response and speedy fix when equipment breaks down.
As part of the brand refresh, Hobart now aims to minimise downtime with a first time fix rate of 93%.
The new strapline accompanying the Hobart logo, ‘keeping you open for service’, references the the Hobart Service Response Centre which operates 365 days a year.
Hobart appointed a new management team in February this year.
