Victor Manufacturing, manufacturer of foodservice equipment and bespoke servery counters, has announced a restructured sales team as it gears up for more growth.

Having seen a 27% increase in business over a 4-year period, the company is keen to continue on this road by focusing its sales effort on key market sectors and driving sales through the distributor network.

Therefore, Mike Inwood, who was appointed sales director last December, has recently added three new recruits to the external sales team.

These comprise: Michael Harling, who is concentrating on public sector business; Kieron Baker, who is covering the north of England either side of the M62; and Darren Potter, who starts with Victor in mid-May, looking after the south east.

Complementing these additions, Matt Emberton has been promoted from business development manager to national account manager.

Now operating from three sites in Bradford, West Yorkshire, Victor is planning further recruitment within the product assembly teams over the next few weeks.

Inwood said: “We are delighted to announce Victor’s new sales team and wish them the best of luck in their new roles.

“Victor has ambitious plans for growth and our continued investment in manufacturing facilities coupled with a growing workforce will anchor our future success.”
