Versatile Valentine eager to impress

Valentine Equipment is out to demonstrate the versatility of its kit when it takes part in The Restaurant Show next week.

The company will use the exhibition to market its latest range of Evolution fryers, but also intends to show what else it has to offer these days.

This includes its multicooker, a category of product which is becoming increasingly popular among chefs wanting an appliance that permits several different dishes to be cooked at once within the same chambe.

Cooking functions of these units can be extended for use as a steamer, bain marie, boiling pan, poacher and sous vide regeneration.

Valentine’s sister company, Cuisinequip Induction, will be on hand to showcase its wok induction cooker, which is powered by Swiss-designed sixth generation induction technology, Galaxy Plus.

There will also be a range of induction cookers from its sub-brand, Eco-Kitchen.

The addition of Eco-Kitchen induction cookers to the Cuisinequip portfolio makes induction technology available to more across the industry as it is positioned at a lower-priced range.

Steve Elliott, national sales manager at Valentine and Cuisinequip comments: “The Eco-Kitchen range offers caterers an affordable piece of equipment to reduce their energy consumption, increase their speed of service and improve the quality of their food.

"All products come with a 12-month warranty and the Cuisinequip commitment to source quality products that fit in with Valentine Equipment’s brand values, even if it is not quite top of the range.”
