Ventilation engineer passes noise test


Matt White, a VAC engineer for air management firm Mansfield Pollard, has been awarded the Institute of Acoustics Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control.

The IOA Diploma is nationally recognised as a leading qualification in the field of acoustics. White chose to study specialist modules Building Acoustics and Environmental Noise, along with the General Principles of Acoustics.

The knowledge that White has gained applies directly to the work he undertakes designing attenuators, louvres, acoustic enclosures, inertia bases and anti-vibration mounts for customers from a broad range of industry sectors.
