Venta rolls out ice Teppan system

German modular buffet system brand Venta has launched the Stage_50_XS_Ice_Teppan to enable the creation of ice cream rolls for guests in a front-of-house set-up.

A tradition originating from South East Asia, liquid cream is poured on the freezing surface of the ice Teppan with any other chosen ingredients and chopped together to create rolled ice cream while entertaining the venue’s guests at the same time.

A Hoeller ice plate is inserted inside a Venta table (between the tabletop and the shelf) and creates a uniform temperature on the work surface of down to -35°C.

The cooling mode electrical power requirement is 750W.

The system can be integrated in a standalone table or in a longer table with the option to have several gastronorm containers for ice dessert toppings in the second tabletop.

Venta’s ice Teppan system is designed to be easily moved around a venue from one room to another thanks to castors on the table. Its overall design is also minimalist to fit in different venue styles.

The tables can be customised with tabletops and front and side blinds thanks to a choice of materials and colours matching the design of the venue.
