Pizza oven manufacturer Valoriani UK has launched a second and larger version of its baby ‘starter’ oven, the Fornino, which has already been outfitted at eateries, hotels and restaurants, pubs, campsites and mobile caterers.
The Fornino 75 offers an increase on the pizza cooking capacity of the Fornino 60, due to its 4cm-thick oven floor measuring 75cm x 75cm, as opposed to the smaller Fornino’s 60cm x 60cm-sized floor. This enables cooking up to three 30cm pizzas simultaneously.
The oven can be operated both indoors and outdoors, with both ‘al fresco’ and ‘cucina’ versions available.
The lastest model also comes in a colour choice of cream, black or red, with a stainless steel, rust-free flue and rain-cap. Those wishing to customise the colour of their oven can do so, having the dome in a tone of their choice.
The Fornino 75 has a 3cm-deep handmade refractory clay dome and is designed to have good insulation underneath its weatherproof shell – essential for health and safety compliance. Furthermore, all Valoriani UK ovens have DEFRA approval to operate in Smoke Control Areas.
The Forninos both come with a self-assembly metal, four-wheeled stand, which makes them fully mobile. A three-piece tool set is included with each purchase, along with a one-hour training video.
Both the models are also available as gas ovens.
