Valera reassures dealers of full service availability

Valera is prioritising deliveries to key public services.

Catering equipment supplier Valera was keen to reassure its distributors that it is taking all the necessary precautions and following the regulations set by the government after the 23 March UK lockdown announcements.

Marketing/sales manager Kurran Gadhvi underlined: “All health and safety measures are being followed both in our offices to ensure that our employees are safe but also our distributor partners and their end user accounts are also safe during both delivery and service.

“Special attention and priority is being given to deliveries of goods and services for the amazing key public services who are doing everything they can to ensure we are safe during this testing time.”

Valera reports it has ample stock to assist the NHS/education/nursing homes/social care and all other operational sectors. Large amounts of microwaves, induction hobs, refrigeration are all available to assist distributors with their clients’ requirements.

Gadhvi confirmed: “Deliveries and service calls are all being managed by our office team from 9am till 5pm. Please ensure you have checked with your customers about clear opening hours and contact names to avoid aborted deliveries.”
