Valentine and sister company Cuisinequip will be co-hosting a presentation at Hospitality 2013 that will highlight their shared values of quality, innovation, value-for-money and durability.
New from Cuisinequip is a range of ultra thin warming hobs that are just 3cm thick with a heated surface of 400 x 600mm.
The ceramic-topped hobs strong enough for food such as pizzas, pies and quiches to be cut directly on the surface.
Cuisinequip will also present the Visio Buffet, a heated display unit that allows diners to see the contents without removing the lid.
With a 12-litre dishwasher safe inner glass bowl, the Visio Buffet is suitable for a wide range of food from soups, rice and pasta to cocktails, fruit juices and cookies.
Hot food is kept at a constant pre-set temperature of between 50 – 90 degrees centigrade, while the double-glazed bowl ensures that the outer remains cool to the touch.
Valentine will show a new concept of portable table aimed at field caterers. The Thirty Second Flatpack is a table that can be erected in just 30 seconds, and is described ideal for event catering, barbeques or as a permanent fixture.
