Valentine backs launch of catering training hub

Valentine Equipment has elaborated on its decision to provide Hospitality House with free catering equipment ahead of its recent official opening.

Along with sister company Cuisinequip, Valentine was one of several manufacturers that played a key part in the development of the site by donating catering equipment for the training kitchens.

Steve Elliott, national sales manager for Valentine and Cuisinequip, said it was only right that the company provided its support given the venue’s status as the Hospitality Guild’s flagship training and development hub.

“Hospitality House is a symbol of unity within the UK’s hospitality industry, therefore we are exceptionally proud to be able to contribute to such a worthwhile initiative,” said Elliott.

“Installing Valentine and Cuisinequip equipment ensures the facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology and allows those using the facilities to access to the very best equipment alongside the industry’s best training.”

Valentine supplied equipment with a retail value of close to £50,000 for the project. Its contribution included an EVO 2200 pan fryer and 10 twin multifunction induction hobs.
