The role
The successful applicant will need to:
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Retain existing clientele and secure new accounts
• Identify commercial opportunities for business development
• Prepare and execute sales action plans and strategies

• Hospitality/venue/catering industry experience
• Proven track record in new business development
• Effective time management
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Self motivated and the drive to succeed within high pressure environment
