Brakes Catering Equipment, part of the Brakes Group, has an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a projects sales manager in London and the Home Counties. The successful applicant will be an experienced, proactive sales manager with a proven track record in commercial kitchen sales.
They will have the ability to build and maintain sustainable partnerships with key customers that will make Brakes Catering Equipment ‘the partner of choice’ for all their foodservice equipment needs.
The projects sales manager will be responsible for promoting sales of commercial kitchen projects to all sectors of the catering industry with a particular focus on new restaurant projects, kitchen remodels, replacement equipment, associated light equipment and, as necessary, the development of special projects or activities. They will also be expected to work closely with colleagues from Brakes food to help grow project sales across its independent, key and corporate accounts.
Extensive commercial kitchen sales and project management experience.
A proven track record in new business development.
The ability to manage and develop existing accounts.
Self-motivated with the drive to succeed within a high pressure environment.
Strong communication skills.
Man management experience would be an advantage but not essential.
