Leading London-based commercial kitchen design house Court Catering Equipment is seeking to recruit an experienced CAD Designer.

This is a varied, sometimes challenging role, where the successful candidate will be applying their design skills and flair to produce innovative solutions to achieve functional and efficient workspaces.

There will also be the need to create visualisations and “walk-throughs” so the client is fully engaged in the design that is being proposed.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to understand and respond to the client brief, so to produce the ideal design for their needs. Although this is not a sales role there will be opportunities to be client facing where they may need to explain and even justify the design solutions they have devised.

Experience within a construction industry is highly desirable and in a commercial catering environment very useful. Full proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software is essential.

The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic team where they will “have a voice” in the growth and development of the organisation which offers great scope for career and experience development. Ideas of how they could improve and innovate the presentation of our products and services will be received with interest.

The role is primarily office based in West London – five days per week. There is free parking on site and the office is close to bus, tube & train links.

Candidates should be prepared to attend an interview with a portfolio of designs they have previously done, ready to explain the context of the design and road to the conclusions they reached.

A competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience is offered.
