Utopia’s new roller screens can be moved around to facilitate social distancing.

Utopia is now supplying mobile protective roller screens to help the hospitality industry cope with changing guidelines on social distancing.

The mobile screens can be positioned to provide pods for customers to enjoy drinking and dining in safety and comfort. The screens are designed to provide protection between tables, at a payment interface or anywhere where space is tight and social distancing squeezed.

The roller screens can be put up quickly to create a safe divider between people or to create safe thoroughfares.

Utopia feels that, in this way, bars, cafés and restaurants will be able to maximise space, accommodating varying combinations of customer groups. The screens can be used on their own or joined together to create a larger enclosure.

They are made from transparent foil and are available in three sizes, 85 x 200cm, 100 x 200cm and 120 x 200cm.

The screens can be rolled up and put away when not in use, taking up a minimum of space.
