Catering equipment distributor TT Catering Solutions has played its part in helping Stonegate Pub Company brand Missoula open its latest branch.
The Staffordshire-based company delivered the kitchen facilities for the group’s 13th bar and nightclub in Solihull, Birmingham, which will serve an American-themed menu.
The venue looks to produce around 40 meals an hour, so TT came up with a design and equipment spec list to achieve that goal.
The project involved removing a wall and shortening a corridor in order to improve the space, while producing a lay-out to separate the servers from the catering staff to ensure the cook line would not get blocked.
TT also installed an exterior cold room and pizza station, and put together a refurbishment programme to service existing kit.
“We are extremely proud of this project and have drawn upon all our expertise in turning a small space in to a fully functional kitchen capable of high food volumes,” said Simon Key, project manager at TT Catering solutions.
