For True product owners, the new My True section is the online portal for accessing product documentation, information on the warranty status of a unit, and looking up contact information for approved True service partners in the local area. This can be accessed by inputting the product serial number.
True’s colour customisation service is showcased through a new ‘Custom Design’ area, which lets users apply a wide range of colours to a selection of True products and visualise the possibilities. The creations can be shared on social media.
Furthermore, the new dedicated ‘Inspiration gallery’ shows refrigeration products in situ, with True curating high quality imagery around the latest trends and markets.
