True’s latest website update separates its range by product type.

True Refrigeration has introduced a new digital experience for the EMEA region, with new and updated pages on its website designed to improve user experience and showcase the benefits of its products.

With a product range applicable across a wide and growing market set, True felt it was time to update its digital presence to help better connect and communicate with its customers. The result is a redesigned website which should improve its customers’ journeys, offer greater product information and additional features with enhanced functionality.

To help website users find their most appropriate product quicker, the manufacturer has separated its range by category, and added refinement options to shortlist against the requirement instantly. For each individual product, the site contains detailed specification information, as well as downloadable documents.

For True product owners, the new My True section is the online portal for accessing product documentation, information on the warranty status of a unit, and looking up contact information for approved True service partners in the local area. This can be accessed by inputting the product serial number.

True’s colour customisation service is showcased through a new ‘Custom Design’ area, which lets users apply a wide range of colours to a selection of True products and visualise the possibilities. The creations can be shared on social media.

Furthermore, the new dedicated ‘Inspiration gallery’ shows refrigeration products in situ, with True curating high quality imagery around the latest trends and markets.

The sector pages section recommends key products for different business types, while the updated ‘Be Ready’ page is the place to go for up-to-date and accessible information on refrigerator regulatory requirements.
