Total QSR appoints new refrigeration team leader

Michael Poolman will head up Total QSR’s expanding refrigeration service.

Total QSR has appointed Michael Poolman as the firm’s new refrigeration team leader.

He joins the Wiltshire-based servicing specialist having worked in the engineering industry for 16 years, starting as an electrical apprentice before progressing into the refrigeration sector.

Poolman has carried out major installations, servicing, and commissioning of all types of refrigeration from medical to food storage and all commercial retail refrigeration equipment across the industry.

Total QSR believes this hire will enable it to develop a refrigeration team and expand the business to offer a complete package to include refrigeration service and repair, installation, and sales. This will cover refrigeration – fridges, freezers, walk-in coldrooms, cellar cooler systems, ice cream machines and retail refrigeration equipment.

Commercial director Sarah Herridge said: “We’re delighted to announce this appointment to our team. Michael’s experienced gained from the years working in the sector will be a real asset to our team and help to support our future growth plans.”
