Supplier, the IG Group, has unveiled its new buffet and tabletop collection, designed to allow venues to improve meal presentation.
Products available include Rustic Risers in acacia, natural or distressed firwood, to add different dimensions to food displays, with the options of an additional chalkboard.
Risers are also featured in stainless steel which fit a variety of bowls and trays, with non-slip pads to ensure that items remain secured.
Display trays in a variety of contemporary shapes, tiered crate frames and industrial size platters have been added to give restaurants, pubs and bars a variety of choice.
Along with serving baskets, utensils and a range of display stands for tapas, the new catalogue also offers new stainless steel spatula flights – suitable for a selection of drinks or food.
Mike Lowery, head of sales at the IG Group, said the increased selection of buffet items reflected the growth in the area.
“Buffets have been around for a long time but we now see that customers want to present them in a more appealing and high end fashion,” he said.
“We have brought together a range which is practical for everyone’s needs but with the added bonus of it being really stylish and appealing.”
