Sprint Group recently undertook a speedy project with The Bagel Factory in Manchester.
The Pershore-based distributor was tasked with improve the flow and design of the counter within the bagel chain’s newly-acquired site in the Arndale Centre.
Sprint Group UK worked with The Bagel Factory’s head of operations, Paul Sharp, and the team in Manchester to carry out the works overnight after the store closed at 6pm, ready for reopening the next day at 10am. Supply partner CED Fabrications provided the counter.
The project was successful, with results reportedly improving the ambient design, dessert display, bagel presentation area and coffee counter.
Ian Bryant, Sprint sales director, said: “It was refreshing working with the Bagel Factory team, their planning for the whole customer journey once they arrive in store was studied with meticulous care.”
The first Bagel Factory opened in Endell Street, London in 1997. Today it has over 60 sites across UK and Ireland, serving fresh bagels, snacks, chilled drinks, and bean to cup coffees.
