TFSE targets deli sector with counter range

TFSE has kicked off the New Year by rolling out the Delice counter, a new innovation produced at its manufacturing operations in the UK.

The Delice has a refrigerated deck height of 740mm, so the display is nearer to the customer. To further enhance the customer experience there are no metal supporting struts to impair the line of vision.

Its glass-bonded surround can provide continuous uninterrupted product viewing, with individual panels up to four metres in length. The easy maintenance interior features low energy, long life LED lighting, generating very little heat, which helps extend the shelf life of the contents. It also contains a ventilated refrigerated display ensuring an even temperature throughout.

“Our engineering team has designed this new counter for optimum retail food display and it is built to meet the exacting demands of a busy deli,” said TFSE’s managing director, Devish Patel.

The Delice is available in widths of 1200mm, 1600mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, 2400mm, but TFSE can also accommodate bespoke sizes and incorporate features such as individual fascia cladding and plinth floor-wash lighting.

“There is the option of a heated bain marie and heated Ceran glass and additional under-counter refrigerated storage,” added Patel.
