TFSE tailor-makes counters for patisserie chain

TFSE Products has landed a deal to put its bespoke deli counters and self service units in Apostrophe Cafes as the chain goes about upgrading a number of its stores and kiosks.

The refurbishments are taking place across locations in the south-east of England, with each counter being individually developed in the UK exclusively for Apostrophe.

“They are high quality, tailor made units that include design elements that are specifically fabricated for this client,” explained Devish Patel, managing director of TFSE. “We are in the planning stage for a number of outlets but we have completed the installation at five London locations and they are a great success.”

TFSE has been forced to take on board the fact that the interiors of Apostrophe’s stores are a key part of its philosophy and therefore the units need to showcase the quality and freshness of the ingredients it uses.

Surrey-based TFSE also produces an extensive range of off-the-shelf heated or refrigerated food display cabinets and a wide selection of induction hobs and durable chafing dishes from its UK head office.
