TFSE strengthens after investment in new plant

TFSE has put the finishing touches to a new range of stainless steel rear counter modules after recently relocating to larger premises in Twickenham.

The move has been augmented by an undisclosed investment in new production machinery to aid the production of the company’s heated and refrigerated food display counters.

Devish Patel, managing director of TFSE, said the engineering plant now features a Computerised Numerically Controlled (CNC) metalworking machine, which along with the improved facilities and extra space has strengthened its proposition.

“The CNC machine is one of only a handful of such machines in the UK and facilitates high speed cutting and forming, giving us faster production and more consistent product quality,” explained Patel.

“It is ideal for the production of pre-formed metal panels and means that we are now able to offer metal modular cabinetry that will be the perfect choice for caterers who use our food display products.”

The first new range to roll off the production line is a modular rear counter module system that will be launched to the UK market in April.

The units can be specified in a range of sizes with a choice of options, such as adjustable shelving. Modules can also be configured with drawers with a soft closing action, as well as hinged or sliding cupboard doors, Patel said.
