Taylor UK has added a touch of tradition to its beverage machine range with the introduction of the La Cimbali M34.
Coupling a classic automotive aesthetic with energy efficiency, M34 models provide a coffee making solution. There are two espresso models in the M34 range, the twin headed DT2, and the triple group head DT3.
Central to the quality of the coffee they produce is the Perfect Grinding System (PGS), which should ensure that standards never drop. With the grinder-doser connected to the machine by Bluetooth, there is constant control of the coffee-dispensing parameters. This should make it possible to monitor extraction and delivery of coffee grind, and remotely adjust the grinder-doser where necessary, making manual corrections a thing of the past.
Both models are equipped with four dosing selections and a continuous delivery option. A graphic display is paired with a push button auto panel for ease of operation.
The M34 range features eco-friendly day-to-day operation with its insulated Smart Boiler and Energy Saving mode. At the touch of a button, the boiler pressure is reduced to a value of 0.2 bar during periods of downtime and the machine can be placed on standby. When demand for drinks increases again, it takes just 60 to 90 seconds for the boiler to return to full pressure.
The La Cimbali M34 package available through Taylor UK includes a full onsite service and installation, training and a preventative maintenance visit at the end of year one.
The M34 DT2 has a footprint of 510mm (h) x 875mm (w) x 570mm (d), while the DT3’s dimensions measure 510mm (h) x 1,055mm (w) x 570mm (d).
