Target Catering Equipment has recently launched an industry guide to commercial plancha cooking, following its introduction of induction planchas into its bespoke induction ranges.
Advice in the guide includes breaking down the differences between electric griddles, electric planchas and induction planchas.

It ensures distributors and end users have a correct understanding of what the products features are and how to differentiate them from each other.”
The online guide features explanations combined with videos and images, which is aimed at giving a clear, easy to interpret understanding of the products.
